Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 19, 2026

Updated on September 23, 2026 to record that visits to the main website at www.organize4sanity.com are measured in the same way as the landing and booking pages, and that a choice made on the cookie banner there applies to all of them. The previous update, on September 19, 2026 to name the website analytics services the Site uses (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Cloudflare Web Analytics), to describe how visits to the landing and booking pages are recorded, the record of how a visitor arrived that is kept with a booking, and the two cookies that remember a visitor's choices on the landing and booking pages, and to extend deletion requests to those records. The previous update, on September 6, 2026, described client accounts, signed service agreements and payment records, named Cloudflare among the Site's hosting providers, and recorded that agreements are signed on this website rather than through an outside signing service.

This Privacy Policy describes how Organize4Sanity ("the Business") collects, uses, and discloses personal information through the website at organize4sanity.com and its associated pages (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information Collected

Information you provide. When you book a consultation, request a guide, or submit an inquiry, the Business collects the information entered on that form, which may include your name, email address, telephone number, and any details you choose to provide about your home and the services you are seeking.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, the Business and its service providers may collect technical information such as the pages viewed, the approximate geographic location of your device, browser type, referring website, and similar usage data, using cookies and similar technologies. If you are simply browsing the Site, this information is not linked to your name. If you sign in to a client account, records of that account's activity are linked to it, as described below.

How you arrived. When you arrive at the Site from an advertisement, an email from the Business, or another website, the Site notes the source of that visit, such as the name of the advertising campaign or the website that linked to it. If you then book a consultation, that source is kept with your booking record. Two cookies set by the Business itself support this on the landing page, on this policy page, on the booking pages, and on the main website at www.organize4sanity.com: one remembers your cookie choice for about 13 months, and one remembers the source of your visit for 90 days. If you select Decline, the source cookie is not set, and only the general source of the visit, without any advertising click identifier, is kept with a booking.

If you become a client. When you engage the Business, it also holds the service agreement you sign, including the address of the property where the work is performed and your election on the use of photographs; the record of what has been paid and what remains scheduled; and the details of the sessions arranged with you. If you use a client account to view these, the Business holds the email address used to sign in, the one-time links sent to it, and a record of when the account was used.

Payment details. Payments are processed by the Business's payment providers. The Business does not receive or store card numbers.

2. Use of Information

Personal information is used to respond to inquiries, schedule and conduct consultations, deliver requested materials, provide and administer services, prepare and administer client agreements, arrange sessions, request and record payment, operate a client account where you use one, send communications you have opted into, and measure and improve the Site and the Business's advertising. The Business does not sell personal information.

3. Disclosure to Third Parties

Personal information may be disclosed to service providers that process it on the Business's behalf for the purposes described above, and only to the extent required for that purpose. The categories of such third parties are: website hosting, booking, invoicing, and email marketing services (Wix); website hosting and delivery services (Cloudflare); business email services (Google Workspace); video conferencing services (Zoom); payment processing services engaged through Wix; advertising measurement services (Google Ads); and website analytics services (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Cloudflare Web Analytics). Client agreements are signed on the Business's own website and are not sent to a third-party signing service. Personal information may also be disclosed where required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Business or others.

4. Cookies and Advertising Measurement

The Site uses cookies. Essential cookies are required for the Site to function. The Site also uses Google Ads conversion tracking and Google Analytics, which set cookies to measure how the Site is used and whether a visit resulted in a consultation booking. For visitors who have not selected Decline, the Business also reports to Google Analytics the later steps that follow a booking, such as a consultation held, an agreement signed, or a payment made, together with the amount involved. These reports are linked only to the random identifier Google Analytics assigned to your browser, and never include your name or contact information. Information on how Google uses data from sites that use its services is available at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Session recording and heatmaps. On the landing page and the booking page, the Site uses Microsoft Clarity to record how visitors interact with the page, including clicks, scrolling, and pointer movement, so the Business can see which parts of the page are clear and which are not. Anything typed into a form is masked in your browser before it is recorded, so what you enter is not captured. Clarity sets cookies for this purpose, and the Site does not permit it to use advertising cookies. If you select Decline, Clarity does not load, and if you decline during a visit, recording stops and its cookies are removed. Information on how Microsoft handles this data is available at microsoft.com/privacy/privacystatement.

Visit counts. The Site also counts visits using Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and does not identify individual visitors. Because it collects no identifier, it continues to count visits after you select Decline. Information on Cloudflare's practices is available at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Opting out. Measurement cookies are active by default. You may decline them by selecting Decline on the cookie notice displayed on your first visit, or by using the "Cookie settings" link in the Site footer at any time. Your choice applies on the landing page, on this policy page, on the booking pages, and on the main website at www.organize4sanity.com. On the main website the choice is made on the cookie banner shown there, and it is carried to the other pages. Declining does not affect your ability to use the Site.

Third-party collection across websites. Third parties, including Google and Microsoft, may collect personal information about your online activities on this Site and on other websites over time when you use the Site, for the purpose of advertising and site measurement.

Do Not Track. The Site does not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, because no uniform standard for such signals has been adopted. The cookie notice described above is the available means of declining measurement cookies.

5. Client Photographs and Video

Photographs or video of a client's home may be taken in the course of providing services. Such material is not published or used in the Business's marketing unless the client has granted written consent. Consent is requested in the client service agreement, which includes an express option to grant or withhold it, and the client's election in that agreement governs.

6. Retention

Personal information is retained for as long as necessary to provide the services, to maintain client records, and to comply with legal and accounting obligations. A signed service agreement and the record of payments made under it are kept as business records for the period required by law. A client account is kept while you are working with the Business and afterwards until you ask for it to be closed, and closing it does not delete the business records above. Email marketing information is retained until you unsubscribe, which you may do through the link included in every marketing email.

7. Access, Correction, and Deletion

You may request access to the personal information the Business holds about you, request that inaccurate information be corrected, or request that your information be deleted, by writing to tammy@organize4sanity.com. Requests are answered within a reasonable period. Deletion requests are honored except where retention is required by law. A deletion request also removes the record of how you arrived at the Site, and the Business asks Google Analytics to delete the browser identifier linked to your booking.

8. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and the Business does not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact the Business at the address below and the information will be deleted.

9. Third-Party Websites

The Site contains links to third-party websites, including Google review pages and product recommendations. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those websites, which are governed by their own privacy policies.

10. Changes to This Policy

The Business may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes are announced by posting a notice on the Site before they take effect and by updating the effective date above. Subscribers to the mailing list are notified by email of changes that affect the mailing list.
